GENTLE YOGA FOR VITALITY: Yoga Therapy for the Body, 9:30-11am
March 17-April 21, 2026

Each week you will experience therapeutic practices, using movement (ASANAS), breathing techniques (PRANYAMA) and sound (CHANTING) that reinvigorate a targeted area of the body. Classes will include a focused practice on the low back and sacrum, the upper back and neck, the hips, and more.  These weekly practices will increase your vitality and leave you with an overall sense of well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

Single in-person class:
