GENTLE YOGA FOR VITALITY: Exploring the Cakras , 9:30-11am

Join us each week to explore the Cakras–seven centers of subtle energy recognized by centuries-old Yoga healing traditions and philosophy.  Using movement (ASANAS), breathing techniques (PRANYAMA) and sound (CHANTING)—we practice how to balance this energy to increase your overall vitality and health in body, mind, and spirit.
