GENTLE YOGA FOR VITALITY: Yoga Therapy for the Body

COMING IN SEPTEMBER !

Each week experience therapeutic practices—using movement (ASANAS), breathing techniques (PRANAYAMA) and sound (CHANTING)–to reinvigorate a the Body, Mind & Spirit.

COST:

Single in-person class:
Pre-register $15; Drop-in $15.65.

In-person classes are held in the Sanctuary of the United Church in Tallahassee, 1834 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
